Our tour acquaints the visitor with the history of bourbon in America, and our vision for producing and marketing it here. We discuss the various ways in which we are improving and tweaking traditional methods in order to provide a whole new whiskey experience. We take the visitor through each step of the process, from the raw grains, to the mashing process, fermentation and distillation. Finally, our tour culminates at the barreling stage, as we sample whiskey straight from several different barrels, highlighting the differences between them.
